To remove your current (or primary) bank account, please follow the following instructions:
- Go to Settings
- Click on "Bank Account"
- Please add another bank account first
- Switch your primary bank account
- Click the trash icon next to the bank account details you wish to remove.
To prevent any problem during the payout process, please make sure your account holder's name is identical with the name in the submitted NPWP.
As for vendor from Singapore, please make sure your account holder's name is identical with your NRIC or legal documents you submitted to Bridestory upon registration.
