Why can't I import photos from Instagram or Facebook?

Before importing photos from your Instagram account, please make sure that your Instagram account is not in private mode. 

To import photos from Facebook, please ensure that:

• The account you intend to source from is a Facebook Fan page and not a personal Facebook account
• The email you use to sign in is the admin’s email of the Fan page.

If you still have difficulties in uploading photos from your social media, kindly try to switch web browsers or attempt to re-upload the project.
