Can I still use Bridestory Pay if I live outside Indonesia?

Yes, you are still able to make an overseas payment using Bridestory Pay as long as your credit card complies with the valid Terms & Conditions. The transaction will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah using Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express credit card that handles conversion from the foreign currency.

To make an overseas payment, please follow these steps:

1. On the Order Summary, click "Overseas Payment."
   Please be informed: If you don't see the option "Overseas Payment," your account may be registered as a user from Indonesia. In that case, please do reach support@bridestory.com and specify where the credit card was issued for further assistance.
   
   
   
2. Click "International Payment". This option is only available for users who register from outside Indonesia.
   
   
   
3. Then, click "Credit Card."
   
4. Fill in your credit card details, and click "Pay."
   
   
   
5. You will see the outstanding payment after being charged a service fee of 2.6% + IDR 2,200 of the total price.
   
   
   
6. The 0% installment system offered by Bridestory Pay only applies to Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express credit cards issued by banks in Indonesia.

Please be informed:

1. The 0% installment program is only available for payments using credit cards released by banks in Indonesia.
2. The 0% credit card installment program can only be done through Tokopedia.
3. Each "Overseas Transaction" will be charged a service fee of 2.6% + IDR 2200 from the total transaction amount.
4. This option is available for users who registered from overseas.
5. Your profile might register in Indonesia if you have not found the "Overseas Payment" option. In this case, our team will need to change your registered country by contacting our team through support@bridestory.com for more help.
