How to do my "request payout"?

You can withdraw your client's payment anytime by following these steps : 

• Start by going to the "Bridestory Pay" Dashboard
• Choose "Received Payments" under the "My Quotation" section

• Click the "Request Payout" button available on the top right of the page

• Choose your desired bank account

• Click "Confirm Request"

• All Set! Our finance team will process your request within 1-3 working days

Before requesting for payout, please make sure you have completed the following steps : 

1. Legal Information needed 
2. Bridestory Pay Contract Agreement sent by our support team 
3. Please make sure your bank account holder's name is identical with the name in the submitted NPWP.
