What is your review policy?

Bridestory understands the importance of review for the brides and grooms to be as well as the wedding vendors. To ensure that Bridestory remains a trustworthy platform for the wedding community, reviewers are expected to share their genuine, first-hand experiences with the specified vendor. In addition, all reviewers must have conducted a business transaction with the reviewed vendor. Since 2017, Bridestory does not allow reviews to be posted by guests or anyone who does not have any business relations with the vendor. Review is permitted as long as it is by a legitimate client.
