I received a negative review. Can it be removed?

A committed vendor should actively request to be reviewed by past clients. This aims to provide the vendor a reliable rating that truly reflects the quality of their service. To ensure fair ratings, our team looks over every review to make sure the reviews are genuine.

When you share your review on Bridestory, we expect that you do so responsibly. Bridestory will only remove a review if it is deemed inappropriate, containing vulgar, provocative, offensive and/or racist remarks. If a review is considered to be in violation of Bridestory’s guidelines, we reserve the right to review the situation on a case-by-case basis and take appropriate action where necessary.
