Does Bridestory verify the content of reviews posted on the site?

To ensure the reviews are personal and genuine, Bridestory does not make judgments or determine whether a review is true or false. We are committing to provide a space for you to provide feedback about your experience with a vendor, and for vendors to respond to their reviews.
 
However, in the event that a review is disputed by a vendor, Bridestory will not take any side. We will reach out to both sides and ask for supporting documents. It is only to confirm that the review is valid and posted by a legitimate client.
